The Division of Research and Innovation is combining Center and Institute facility ordering systems into RELMS to streamline user management, ordering and billing, instrument usage, and equipment calendar reservations.
The CQLS has transfered all services in our weborder system to RELMS.
The CQLS has created three separate RELMS sites, each containing multiple CQLS services:
- CQLS Shared Instrumentation and Microscopy
- Calendars to reserve time on shared instruments,
- Calendars to reserve time on microscopes including Leica Stellaris 5 WLL Confocal microscope, Keyence BZ-X710 Fluorescent microscope and data workstations.
- CQLS Genomics Core
- Extractions (DNA and RNA)
- Illumina Sequencing (MiSeq and NextSeq)
- Sample and library preparations
- Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS)
- PacBio Sequencing
- DNA size selection
- Bioanalyzer
- TapeStation
- Sanger Sequencing
- 3730 Genotyping
- CQLS HPC, Research Consulting, and Training
A service that has transitioned to RELMS will not be available in CQLS weborder. You may access old data, but not place new orders. Once a service has moved you will need to create a RELMS account to order this service.
