Sanger Sequencing

Premium Service is full service sequencing with a guaranteed turn around time of a day if submitted by 8am.

Standard Service is full service sequencing and includes BigDye Reaction, cleanup, and run. When submitting a 1/2 plate (47 samples) or full plate (95) of samples in a specific format, a per sample discount is given. 

Economy Service is partial service sequencing on samples already cycled with BigDye. Service includes cleanup, and run. When submitting a 1/2 plate (48) or full plate (96) of samples in an ABI plate and specific format, a per sample discount is given.

For next day turn around, you must submit samples and order by 8:00 am.
Minimum of 35 samples is needed to process by the next day, except for Premium Service.
