RELMS - New Calendar Reservation System

Our calendar reservation system has changed and eventually our ordering system will switch to the new system, Research Equipment & Lab Management System (RELMS).   RELMS is a transaction processing system for facilities to manage users, schedule equipment, track usage, and bill for services.  RELMS automates and streamlines existing processes. 

New Position in CQLS - Assistant Director Core Laboratory

The Center for Quantitative Life Sciences has created a new position for Assistant Director that oversees the Core Laboratory. CQLS invites applicants for this part-time (.50 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.  

Fall course: Study Design Using Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCAP)

We are offering a hands-on, 1 credit graduate-level course focused on human study research design and data management planning.

Two Bioinformatics Positions at CQLS

The Center for Quantitative Life Sciences at Oregon State University invites applications for two Faculty Research Assistant Bioinformatics positions as either Bioinformatics Analyst (BS/MS) or Bioinformatics Scientist (PhD).

 

ALS 3139 - New Space for Multi-user Equipment and Sample Dropoff

CQLS multi-user equipment has moved to ALS 3139 and shares space with our sample dropoff. The new space is open 8:30am - 5pm weekdays.

Multi-User Instrument Room Change

CQLS multi-user equipment in ALS 2156 is moving to ALS 3137C at the end of the day Wednesday 7/26/2023 and will be unavailable Thursday 7/27/2023 while the lock systems are being changed. Instrument access will be regained Friday 7/28/2023.  Sample drop-off space is now also in ALS 3137C. Space will be open 9am - 5pm.
