Illumina will discuss how the unique features and capabilities of the NextSeq™ 1000 and 2000 can open avenues to new applications and methods to further your research. Whether you are working with shotgun metagenomics, RNA Sequencing, single cell methods, spatial transcriptomics, or other applications, come learn how NextSeq™ 1000/2000 can benefit
your lab.

Event Objectives

  • Understand the features and benefits of the NextSeq™ 1000/2000 instruments including increased flexibility and scalability provided by multiple flow cell and read length configurations, improved efficiency due to streamlined cartridge and reagent designs as well as onboard analysis through DRAGEN™, and improved cost benefits due to higher throughput than past mid-throughput Illumina platforms.
  • Learn about various potential applications enabled by the NextSeq™ 1000/2000 instruments and see example comprehensive workflows for each. Join our LIVE event followed by a Q&A session where we will discuss how the unique features and capabilities of the NextSeq™ 1000 and 2000 can open avenues to new applications and methods to further your research. Whether you are working with shotgun metagenomics, RNA Sequencing, single cell methods, spatial transcriptomics, or other applications, come learn how NextSeq™ 1000/2000 can benefit your lab.
